At DAMILOLA Handmade, every piece is crafted with intention, care, and artisan precision. Due to the handmade and limited nature of our gowns and eveningwear, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

However, we understand that special occasions demand perfection. If you experience an issue with your order, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Exchanges are subject to availability
